2016 Kids Capoeira Festival

 

The Michigan Center for Capoeira is having it’s 2016 Capoeira Festival & Belt Ceremony to celebrate the accomplishments of the students. There will be workshops and an exciting belt ceremony for the kids in which some will receive their 1st Capoeira belt (Cordão) and others will be moving up to their next belt.

Event Date: Saturday April 30th, 2016

Location: The Roeper School - Lower School 41190 Woodward AvenueBloomfield Hills, MI 48304

 

Schedule:

• 12:00pm-12:30pm - Check-in and Shirt distribution

• 12:30pm-1:30pm - Workshop stations for Students - Parents are encouraged to watch and take pictures.

• 1:30pm-2:30pm - Belt Ceremony (open to all)

• 2:30pm-3:00pm - Pizza time

 

Event Registration Options through MindBodyOnline.com - See Below. 

• $50 - workshops, belt, pizza & drinks. (If student already has a shirt)

• $60 - workshops, belt, school t-shirt, pizza & drinks.

 

Official School White Capoeira Pants can be purchased for an additional $47.70 (Limited quantity)

Requirements:

The students participating in the belt ceremony are required to:

• Register and submite payment by Friday, Arpil 15th, 2016.

• Wear The Michigan Center for Capoeira School T-shirt

• Wear long White / Light-Gray pants OR Capoeira Pants

• Capoeira Belt - Students that have their belt please wear it to the event.
