Women's Self-Defense Workshop

Learning to defend yourself is a life-saving skill, and is important to be prepared. 

Our self-defense workshop will teach you the essential martial arts skills every woman should know! These tested and true martial arts tactics are for close-quarters self-defense.


This workshop will show and teach you how to defend yourself from a larger attacker while remaining cool, calm and providing you a renewed sense of confidence. 


Our Women's self-defense workshop will be taught by Charlie Markowitz, our black belt Brazilian Jiu-jitsu instructor.

The workshop meets 3 times for a one-hour session on Friday, Oct. 29th, Nov. 5th and Nov. 17th 

Friday's 6:00pm-7:00pm

Fee $29.99   |   Ages 18+   |   Registration Required

What to wear:

Long pants (sweat pants) and a shirt that you are comfortable enough to move around in.
